Acceptable Use Policy

Use BoskSync only for lawful seller operations that you are authorised to perform.
You must not
- Access another person’s account, store, orders or data without authority.
- Create repeated accounts or manipulate identity information to obtain extra trials, discounts or BOSKai allowances.
- Upload unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing or privacy-invasive content.
- Use automation to spam, manipulate marketplaces, evade provider controls or publish information you have not reviewed.
- Probe, bypass or interfere with authentication, feature limits, tenant isolation, rate limits, security controls or service availability.
- Extract source code, tokens, credentials or other users’ data except where law expressly permits.
- Use BoskSync in a way that violates marketplace, carrier, payment-provider or other applicable third-party terms.
Enforcement
BoskSync may rate-limit, place an account under review, suspend integrations, suspend or ban an account, preserve relevant audit information and contact affected providers or authorities where reasonably necessary. Decisions can be challenged by contacting the address below.
