What can I manage in BoskSync?

BoskSync brings together eBay orders, batching, picking, dispatch, optional label printing, restocking, Buylist, Profit Tracker, Marketing, templates, the Action Centre and reports.

How does the launch trial work?

After launch, eligible accounts receive one admin-reviewed trial lasting 48 hours from approval with 10 successful BOSKai scans. Repeated trials linked by account or connected marketplace identity can be denied.

Will BoskSync list or purchase postage automatically?

Listing and dispatch actions remain under the seller's control. Label printing is optional, tracking can be entered manually or with a scanner, and the BUY postage button is ready for a future postage provider connection.

Does Profit Tracker import eBay fees and payouts?

Yes. After the seller grants eBay finance access, BoskSync can import transaction fees, advertising charges, store subscription fees, available funds and recent payouts. Manual costs remain available for expenses that eBay does not supply.

What does the Action Centre show?

It brings together overdue orders, cancellations, payment disputes, refunds, listing errors, low or slow inventory, connection problems and sales opportunities.

Can I cancel a paid subscription?

Yes. Billing management will use Stripe’s secure Customer Portal. Access continues according to the displayed billing terms and cancellation date.

Does BoskSync replace eBay or Shopify?

No. BoskSync is an independent seller workflow service. Marketplace and carrier names belong to their respective owners; integrations depend on their APIs and availability.

Are BOSKai results guaranteed?

No. Recognition and generated suggestions can be incorrect. Sellers must review listing details, postage and other outputs before publishing or purchasing.
