This notice explains how BoskSync handles personal information in the hosted beta and launch trial.

Information we collect

We collect registration and account information such as name, email, store name and order-volume range; workspace settings and content; connection status and identifiers for services you choose to connect; usage, AI-call, audit, security and error records; feedback and support communications; and billing identifiers supplied by Stripe. BoskSync should not receive your full payment card details.

Trial-abuse prevention

To enforce one trial per eligible person or marketplace identity, we may create one-way matching values from sign-up details and connected eBay or other marketplace account identifiers. We use these signals to flag possible repeats for administrator review. We do not use covert cross-site tracking or sell these signals. A person can request a review of a refusal or ban.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure BoskSync; administer beta and trial access; connect services at your request; operate subscriptions; measure capacity and costs; prevent abuse; troubleshoot; communicate with you; and improve product workflows.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by hosting, authentication, email, payment, analytics, AI-recognition, marketplace and shipping providers only as needed for the requested service. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information.

Storage, security and retention

We use access controls, tenant separation, audit records, encrypted transport, server-side credentials and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No system is completely secure. Retention depends on the record type, legal needs, fraud prevention and account settings; trial-abuse signals may be retained longer than workspace data where reasonably necessary to enforce trial eligibility.

Your choices and rights

You can choose whether to connect third-party services and can disconnect supported integrations in Settings. You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain handling, or request review of an automated or administrative access decision. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary for security and fraud prevention.

International processing and children

Some providers may process information outside Australia subject to their safeguards. BoskSync is intended for people aged 18 or over who operate or are authorised to manage a seller account.
