BoskSync Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to access to the BoskSync website, hosted beta and trial services. By registering, signing in or using BoskSync, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Beta service
BoskSync is pre-release software under active development. Features may be incomplete, changed, paused or removed. Availability, data preservation, integrations and outputs are not guaranteed. Closed-beta access is invitation-based and may be withdrawn.
2. Launch trial
When public launch mode is enabled, an eligible person may receive one trial after administrative review. The trial lasts 48 hours from approval and includes 10 successful BOSKai scans. No payment details are required to request it. BoskSync may compare account details and connected marketplace identifiers to detect repeat trials, place a request under review, refuse a trial or suspend access. You may contact us to challenge a decision.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep access to your sign-in account secure, promptly report suspected misuse and use only accounts you are authorised to control. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. BoskSync may suspend or ban accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service.
4. Seller responsibility
You remain responsible for every listing, price, item specific, tax position, address, label, postage purchase, tracking update, message and marketplace action. Review all BOSKai-assisted or imported information before relying on it. BoskSync does not provide legal, tax, accounting, valuation or shipping advice.
5. Third-party services
eBay, Shopify, Stripe, Australia Post, CouriersPlease, the protected BOSKai recognition provider and other services are independent third parties. Their names and marks belong to their owners. Access may require separate terms, accounts and credentials. BoskSync is not responsible for their availability, decisions, charges or data accuracy and does not claim endorsement unless expressly stated.
6. BOSKai features
BOSKai recognition and suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. Scan allowances count successful billable operations as displayed in your account; failed scans should not consume allowance. You must not use BOSKai features to create unlawful, deceptive or infringing content.
7. Your content and permission
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant BoskSync a limited permission to host, process, transmit and back up that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and authority required to submit it.
8. Feedback
You may provide feedback voluntarily. BoskSync may use it to improve the service without payment or restriction, provided personal information remains handled under the Privacy Notice.
9. Fees and subscriptions
No beta or trial fee is charged unless a paid purchase is clearly presented and accepted. At paid launch, the checkout page will show the plan, price, billing period, taxes if applicable and renewal terms before purchase. Subscription management and cancellation will be provided through the account billing area. Promotional and beta discounts are subject to their displayed eligibility and continuity conditions.
10. Availability, warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Subject to those rights, BoskSync is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost sales, marketplace action, or loss caused by unreviewed automated output. For any other claim relating to free beta or trial access, aggregate liability is limited to AUD $100 to the extent permitted by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the beta at any time. BoskSync may limit or end access for misuse, security risk, third-party requirements, prolonged inactivity or closure of the beta. Provisions intended to survive termination, including responsibility, intellectual property, liability and dispute provisions, continue.
12. Changes and governing law
Material changes will be identified by an updated effective date and, where practical, notice in the service. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Queensland, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
